iVenture Solutions is requesting a Pagerduty or AlertOps integration with Huntress. The current workflow rules in ConnectWise, which they use to receive alerts from Huntress, are inconsistent and not immediate enough for their needs. An API integration with Pagerduty or AlertOps would provide a more reliable and timely way to receive alerts, allowing them to respond more quickly to critical issues.
