I'd prefer that Huntress attempt to auto-map comanies for ITSM (Connectwise for us) when a new company is added. Then, if it can't find a match or isn't positive about it, notify. It's a pain to have to go in every time we get a new client and map it, when, at least for us, 99.9 % of the time it got it right and we're just confirming. I'd rather have it do the work and let us know what it did, and then we can go in and adjust if it was wrong.

James Mason | SE @ Huntress it would be great if this automap functionality ran every time a company was created automatically behind the scenes.
In the event of a non-match, it can/should banner on the Huntress logon page portal and especially when drilling into that specific tenant.

We use ConnectWise Manage but I suspect this could apply to many PSA/RMM integrations. If I add a new company and match either the friendly name or company id with what we have in Manage it should automatically be linked in the integration config, currently it has to be linked manually.

Thank you for your feedback. We have improvements to our PSA integrations on the roadmap later this year or early next year
