What makes this worse is when the Huntress incident is resolved it updates the PSA ticket. Our PSA is meant to be the source of truth and Huntress updating the ticket to resolved or anything else is bound to be wrong most of the time.

We work out of our PSA and not always in the Huntress portal and would like to be able to close the ticket in the PSA and have it close the incident in the Huntress portal. This will ensure incidents are not left open in the portal and make sure we are not missing an incident.

This is needed. Most of our engineers do not work out of Huntress.

We would much rather see this the other direction: resolving an incident resolves the ticket in PSA
