yes pls, we had 2 BEC alerts come in under medium priority SLA.

Luckily the dispatcher caught it and escalated it but we would prefer these come over with the severities/priorities that the SOC determines when raising the escalation.

There is a lot of mapping that could be done on the HaloPSA integration. Allowing the ability to map ticket types, priority, and status shoudl all be built-in to this existing integration.

Just wondered where this setting is. Massive impact not getting a critical alert through as critical for notifications, SLA etc.
