I have a customer that has 3 locations. Each site is billed separately but it's billed to the same parent company. In Halo I'm able to create a customer with 3 sites and each has it's own recurring invoice being billed for their Huntress licenses. Huntress doesn't have the same customer/site structure so I created 3 customers in Huntress for them. I'm trying to sync all 3 subscriptions to the same halo customer and have mapped all 3 Huntress customers to the same Halo customer. However, the Huntress/Halo integration only creates one subscription in Halo and as the api sync's the data to Halo, each "customer" overwrites the previous quantity. with Halo's Pax8 integration, I am able to have 2 identical subscriptions in Pax8 sync to the same Halo customer and they both sync to the subscription section without overwriting each other. I assume this is because each pax8 subscription that syncs to halo has a unique ID. If Huntress would adopt something like this, they can also sync multiple software licenses to one halo customer and each will show up as a separate line item in halo.
