When these escalations create tickets in Halo, the formatting of the affected devices table prevents searching for the computer name:

Something about the way the table is structured means if I search Halo for "COMP123" the ticket isn't found. If I manually edit the details to add a 'space' after COMP123, searching works properly.

I'd like to be able to search for computer names to find these tickets.
