I would like to see the ability to customize the way that an alert will present itself to Connectwise when sent through the integration. This will allow more robust workflows to help assign or complete tickets appropriately.
Failing the opportunity to have a form or other change method for these subject lines, it would be INCREDIBLY beneficial for the alert to include the platform name. For example, instead of "[Huntress Detection] HIGH - Incident on..." you would see "[Huntress Detection] [MDR] HIGH - Incident on..." or "[Huntress Detection] [EDR] HIGH - Incident on..." instead. This will take some of these guess work or chance out of creating workflows based on things that may change such as the "@" parameter.
