It looks like this is at least partially done for AutoTask - incidents do now include a reference to the 'objectID' of the ticket in AT; however the ID they are using is a backend value that isn't really used by AT consumers (though you can see it in the URL used to open tickets).
So its progress, but not quite useful. In the AT specific case, we'd want:
Use of the proper 'user facing' ticket ID (in AT, that's TYYYYMMDD.xxxx) AND for it to be clickable so you can direct-open the ticket from Huntress, the way we can direct-open Huntress Reports direct from the AT ticket if we start from that side.
