Escalation alerts missing important info

At least add the Organization name to the email subject so PSAs not currently integrated can properly assign the ticket to the proper organization.

Adding the important information seems like the easier route, but even if these Escalations were turned into incidents instead, I could still create automation using the Huntress API to add that missing information if I wanted to. Currently there is nothing I can do and my support team would very much appreciate not jumping through hoops when working on escalations over the weekend.
