We are starting to use the Reports feature to send monthly summary reports to our customers. However, clients with incidents will likely want more detailed information on these incidents. Currently, there is no built-in feature to export incident reports in their entirety for sharing with customers. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows exporting complete incident reports directly from the UI.
