Customization of the email text for reports

Love that we have branded summary reports that Huntress delivers to our customers. However, the email sent to the customer (with a link to the report) gives no indication it is related to our service offering
I don't have an issue with the majority of the text in the email, but it would be great if we could at least adjust the subject or add a custom paragraph to include.
We just want to give the customer contact some kind of reminder that they are getting that email as part of our service offering.

This please. We need to be able to customise the subject, sender, body and be able to remove any curricula/huntress branding. This throws off customers as it makes them look spammy/phishy.

All of the media/comms should have our branding front and center - not Huntress. Having Huntress-centric branding on everything, with us as a footnote, is not ideal - and the main reason I would entertain competitor products. This is especially a concern now that Huntress has a retail channel. We are not interested in the usual enshittification of MSP tooling vendors where we MSP's use the service for our clients and then later are cut out of the picture later after being told that couldn't happen. If you were serious about NOT doing that, then why are you putting Huntress branding so prominently on everything.

I like this idea, and thank you for alerting me to the fact that there are monthly reports! I'm new to Huntress and still learning.

Will definitely help a lot

Agree here - the Huntress branding confuses customers more often than not with new onboards.

Corey DeGrandchamp THIS. I love huntress, but this branding issue is a real problem and is the only thing that keeps me open to entertaining other providers for this product-line.

I agree with this, some of our customers don't know who Huntress is by name/logo/color like we do and all of the other reports we have for them are all branded as us, so some of them simply skip past the Huntress report (arguably one of the most important ones they can look at).
