It would be beneficial to have an identity option in the escalation process when issues are first detected. This would allow for more precise handling of escalations on a per-user basis, improving efficiency and accuracy in managing access rules.

Since the new identity-specific escalations were released, escalations have been raised per-identity instead of per-org. This is fine and works well; however, the specific identity attribute is missing from the outbound webhook.

Implementing this attribute will allow automations to easily identify what identity belongs to which escalation.
