Improved Agent Health Visibility in Portal

I find it confusing that the Health API and the Huntress Portal do not always align in their reporting. It would be helpful if the portal provided better visibility into agent health, including issues like stopped components or persistent connectivity failures. This would ensure that the portal and Health API provide consistent information about agent status.

There is currently no visibility into agents that are reporting as unhealthy. This data is surfaced in the UI for Huntress technicians, but there is nothing in the client facing portal.
