I agree there are other platforms that have status indicators for alerts and I would like to know if an alert is being worked vs just Overdue.

yes, this would be great as we have multiple engineers that manage the Huntress platform. There is no clear indication of what is new and what has already been seen. It is too easy to miss an incident if we expect all alerts are to have been spotted and picked up.
