Give Options to "white label" and send from a custom domain/smtp server.

The monthly threat reports that MSPs can have emailed to their customers should come from the MSP and be branded as the MSPs report. They are currently totally Huntress branded and are emailed from Huntress.

It would be helpful if we could customize the sender email for the monthly and quarterly threat reports, so they come from our email. Currently, we are sending these to ourselves, and then manually emailing them to clients so they come from a known sender. Having the ability to customize the sender would save us time each month.

We would like to add our own logo to the email itself to prevent confusion and ensure trust. Currently, the report has our logo, but the email does not, leading to customers questioning its authenticity. Including our logo in the email would help avoid this issue.

+1 for this, especially the branding - this morning a client forwarded the report to me asking if it was a scam, because it didn't have our branding on it. Glad to have them do that, but if we can add our logo and name to the email it would be more professional and clients would be more willing to open it.
