Any actual information about how this would work?
I'd love to see the email address listed for any instance of VPN usage.
I'd also love if your portal had a new escalation for each instance instead of just putting new users in old escalations where integrated ticket systems don't open new tickets or even open the previous ticket that was closed possibly months ago.
