We would like the users to have unique access codes to access the training. Currently any user can log into any other users training portal because they all have the same access code.
We would like the option of removing the "access training" link that is sent in the email. We are encouraging our users to NOT click links buried in email but rather browse to a known web address and sign in with known unique credentials.
