Security Awareness Training

I would like to be able to control how often managed learning and phishing goes out. Right now it is only monthly. Can there be an option for quarterly, biannual, annual, etc?

Hi, would it be possible to look at creating a qtly SAT training package which takes into account the last qtr worth of SAT provided by the Huntress Managed Learning plans and summarised it? 2 possible use cases... 1) Once a qtr an IT or speaker could sit down with a group of people and look back over the last qtr of training with some good prompts from Huntress in order to make sure people have taken away the learning they have done during that period. Would also mean anyone who has been onboarding into the organisation and possibly missed that managed training can at get a bit of a idea on what was previously covered. 2) Once a qtr the summary can go out to the end users directly so they go through it and it reinforces what was mentioned in previous months, also allowing any new users who have come on board to get a quick glance at the training they may have missed.

The report Phishing button in Outlook should be implemented. Users are instructed to report emails with this button since it is used in various email security platforms. When an email is reported curricula should see that and match the reported email up.

For almost all type of Security Compliance you need to do annual Security Awareness Training. A way to have one standing Security Awareness Training assignment with contents that should be done annually should exist. So when a year from the complete date for an individual person it resets the training and they have to do it again. This would help with the hassle of creating a new Yearly assignment. And the case where a new employee starts in December and do the Security Training for one year not having to do a training until December the year after, otherwise it is needed to do a new training in January one month after the last training.

We would like to be able to have more long-term tracking available for customers to see their improvement over time. There currently appears to be no long-term graph or tracking to display if users are improving at identifying and reporting/not being compromised by Phishing emails.

As a recommendation or feature request going forward, I know our clients would like to see on the monthly management report a list of ALL learners with the columns of who Opened, Clicked, and Compromised. They are interested in who “Clicked” and who is “Compromised” and a single list of learners would allow them to easily see this in one report.

Automated send of report when a custom phishing campaign completes. Would like to see information in that report similar to the monthly where it shows the attempts, clicks, and compromises as well as any compromised users.

The company that has the training has two microsoft tenants and it would be great if I could setup a single subscription with both tenants.

If a client has multiple orgs, they can only be added as as admin to a single org. Need to be able to add the same admin to multiple org and allow the admin to switch between them, just like we can as partner admins.

Currently the 'New Content Available' email is not editable. We would like to customize the verbiage. We've had many requests asking if it's a real email because it sounds a little phishy. It also says the trainings are required, which gives the email a sense of urgency (which is actually a main flag for phishing emails).
