Hi Huntress Team, First of all, our customers LOVE SAT from you! "Great to see this program up and running. I did the first module this morning – quirky and entertaining. It’s going to be a great program." We did recently receive the following feedback from one of our customers: Customer Feedback 1: "One thing I noted, and you might have to check for similar errors with other modules – the training noted that if staff members felt they had lost their mobile phone and it had possibly been compromised, they should contact their IT department to have the device remotely locked. This is obviously not going to work as our IT Department don’t currently have the ability to do this – it’s not on our immediate agenda to sort this yet either. Are you able to address this in some way? Obviously, we don’t want our staff being given a procedure that they can’t follow… not sure how you will be able to sort this." Feature request: I reached out to Huntress support and was advised that the only workaround is to preview the episode in advance, then unenroll from the learning plan to skip that month’s assignment and re-enroll afterwards. Since we’re already able to preview upcoming assignments, it would be really helpful to have a button that allows us to skip to the next assignment within the same month, without forfeiting that month’s assignment. This would be useful in cases where the content isn’t relevant for a particular customer. Thank you!

Implement option of phishing fire drilles
The issue: A handful of clients (metaphorically and literally) read Google's Security Blog on Fire Drills and Phishing Tests. Google made a statement that Phishing Simulations are not necessarily effective, violate security protocols to be completed, and maximize failure rate by virtue of violating protocols. I read this around the time it came out, and never really clued into the fact that we as a provider have a fairly strict "no allow list" policy, where we will not add emails to an allow list, and yet violate it with every phishing simulation. While the blog should be taken with a grain of salt, it does provide some solid points, and this information has spread to many clients who are now asking for fire drills instead of/along with phishing simulations. The feature: Managed fire drills that provide email-based "training" in the form of quick explainers and drills. Once a month, an email would be sent out separate from the phishing campaigns to provide a tidbit of information related to email security or security in general. I feel Huntress could do a lot with these, whether it be a tidbit of info or a template akin to Google's "Hello! I am a Phishing Email" example. The drills could also tie in other Huntress Products and content, such as blog posts or SAT Posters. I do understand that I can make my own Fire Drills and schedule them through Huntress's custom options, but I would like the polish and style that Huntress delivers. Caveats and notes: I do understand that there is no regulation or insurer calling for Phishing Fire Drills, but I feel it could be an incredibly impactful add-on to keep security top of mind in-between trainings and campaigns.
