Security Awareness Training

I would like to be able to control how often managed learning and phishing goes out. Right now it is only monthly. Can there be an option for quarterly, biannual, annual, etc?

Scenario Example: If a client has a 3rd party IR firm that will respond to any phishing alert, it will be good if SAT would have ability to notified 3rd party groups (IT, IR firm, etc) in advance that a campaign will be happening.

In general, we will receive 5-10 emails per week from clients "Is this real?" 95% of the time the email referenced is from the phishing simulator. In the current UI, it takes several drill downs to figure out the simulation of the month. There should be a top-level dashboard listing all clients, number of simulations sent this month, and the description of the simulation. While you are at it, add # of users, completed training, etc. This way at a glance we can see the who/what/how for all of our clients.

Hoping that an option to edit the standardized copy becomes available since not all assignments for our organization are "required" training. While the custom message section is a good addition for other info, using it to say, "This training is optional" makes for confusing communication.

This can currently be done outside of the Huntress Managed Learning assignments. The partner would like to be able to do the same for Huntress Managed Learning assignments.

It would be good to be able to change this banner for if a client is using curricula as an LMS/Internal Policies & Procedures solution outside of any SAT assignments so it's more generic.

I would like to see an feature to automatically escalate the reminders to the employees manager based on the google workspace manager structure so we dont need to do this manually when people ignore the reminders of educations or recovery trainings.

Basic secure code training focused on developers would be a huge benefit for those of us working through SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001.

This email came from a prospect who is in the Netherlands and trying to use the Dutch functionality

We would like the users to have unique access codes to access the training. Currently any user can log into any other users training portal because they all have the same access code. We would like the option of removing the "access training" link that is sent in the email. We are encouraging our users to NOT click links buried in email but rather browse to a known web address and sign in with known unique credentials.
