I would like to be able to control how often managed learning and phishing goes out. Right now it is only monthly. Can there be an option for quarterly, biannual, annual, etc?

Add an option to set an end date relative to account enrollment date in the assignment. For example, setting an end date of 60 days after enrollment will result in: Initial members will have an end date of 60 days after creation of the assignment Learners enrolled later on will have 60 days starting from their enrollment date This would be particularly useful for a "New Learner" type of assignment. It will ensure the completion of their basic catch up training is tracked with Manager notifications without having to manually review progress every time.

Adding a "Playback speed" button to the video player for custom video content. This allows employees to playback video content at a faster speed.

Support confirmed the only ways to set up the new "Manager Notifications" feature are to select Learners and manually enter the Manager's email address, or to configure the "manager" field in your synced provider (e.g.: Entra ID). If you don't have Entra synced, or don't want to use the synced provider's "manager" field value for this setting, it would be nice to have a default "Manager" setting in SAT so you don't have to either rely upon the upkeep of a synced provider's directory or manually enable it for each user - that would be tough to keep up with.

We would like to provide phishing simulations to our end users in German as they will not engage or will delete emails sent to them in English. However they are still vulnerable to phishing emails sent in German language. Translation of the existing phishing scenario library within Huntress Managed SAT + new scenarios published as part of 'Managed Phishing' would be ideal.

Give learners a dedicated button within Microsoft Outlook to report phishing emails, and forward the email, with headers, to the desired location set in the admin portal.

Allowing for more granular access controls based on users role to restrict unnecessary access to sensitive data.

Reduce allow-listing friction during onboarding and improve email deliverability rates by directly inserting notification and simulated phishing emails into learners' inboxes.

Would love to see a feature where new users can access older huntress managed SAT assignments when they get brought on.

Hi, We've had a few instances where we have missed the monthly "managed" SAT/phishing deployment window as a customer has been onboarded mid month. Would it be possible to have an option so that if we onboard a customer that we can tell it to push out the current managed monthly SAT/phishing as opposed to waiting until the following month? I know we could technically push the missed period manually by creating a training/phishing package, but it would be more optimal to have a button that we can press to have everything automated and fall under the "managed" banner.
