We would like to provide phishing simulations to our end users in Dutch as they will not engage or will delete emails sent to them in English. However they are still vulnerable to phishing emails sent in Dutch language. Translation of the existing phishing scenario library within Huntress Managed SAT + new scenarios published as part of 'Managed Phishing' would be ideal.

Hi, We've had a few instances where we have missed the monthly "managed" SAT/phishing deployment window as a customer has been onboarded mid month. Would it be possible to have an option so that if we onboard a customer that we can tell it to push out the current managed monthly SAT/phishing as opposed to waiting until the following month? I know we could technically push the missed period manually by creating a training/phishing package, but it would be more optimal to have a button that we can press to have everything automated and fall under the "managed" banner.

Had a situation come up where several SAT users were inadvertently deleted from the SAT portal. When they were restored from the M365 sync, all progress was lost. These users now need to redo previously completed assignments. It would be helpful to have a way to manually override Learner Progress completion dates and scores for reporting purposes, or at least the ability to recover a deleted user's progress data when they are recreated.

Give learners a dedicated button within Microsoft Outlook to report phishing emails, and forward the email, with headers, to the desired location set in the admin portal.

Enhancement to the Microsoft Teams notification integration with Huntress Managed SAT. Notifications via Teams chat bot + the ability for end users to see their assigned training episodes and/or complete the training within Teams without the need to access the SAT platform via a web browser.

Can you include the learning objectives that are covered in the assignments, perhaps at the start of the episode and in the completion certificate. We have clients that are required to maintain learning logs for compliance purposes, to complete their logs, they are required to enter the learning objectives of the training they undertake. If they aren't able to provide objectives, the earning is classed as unstructured and can't be included so it's important that this is clearly highlighted.
