When a user completes an assignment, they are able to re-watch it in the future without any problems. Those who miss an assignment in the month they have access, the people who actually need access in the future to the assignment, cannot access it without a workaround that is time consuming for me to set up and manage. This seems backwards to me and doesn't make any sense.

Please create a new module specific to ClickFix and FileFix attacks. We are seeing more of these, and the FileFix attacks are especially tricky for users.

Not all assignments we roll out are considered "required training"—some are for remediation or supplementary purposes and are not mandatory. It would be helpful if we could customize the wording in the email templates (e.g., Enrollment and Content Unlocked) to reflect this distinction more accurately for learners.

We would like to provide phishing simulations to our end users in German as they will not engage or will delete emails sent to them in English. However they are still vulnerable to phishing emails sent in German language. Translation of the existing phishing scenario library within Huntress Managed SAT + new scenarios published as part of 'Managed Phishing' would be ideal.

Phishing recovery Training should be available to learners in their curricula portal. Having to force them to hunt down an email they have been ignoring or deleted is impractical to access recovery training after clicking a phishing email

The company that has the training has two microsoft tenants and it would be great if I could setup a single subscription with both tenants.

SAT SCIM currently supports Microsoft Entra and Okta. Can we look into adding SCIM support for Rippling?

Please have the system generate CSV copies of the Monthly Report (along with the PDF version). The PDF is nice, but a CSV can be parsed much more easily, especially when there are large numbers of users to sort through for who hasn't completed the learning assignment yet.

Add the ability to export a list of accounts (NOT learners) with learner counts for billing reconciliation. Add the ability to sort alphabetically the list of accounts from the account page.

When an email is reported that is not a phishing test, it is configured to forward to our PSA as a ticket. However, the ticket details don't have any header information of the email. Our technicians are having to open the email and are concerned about doing so on their devices. Could you add the original header information in the notification email to prevent the requirement to open a potentially hazardous email?
