We have some clients that like to use SAT statistics as KPIs for their employees. Having a singular score that both admins and users can see and track progress on would be very beneficial. If not a comprehensive scoring system, we should make the existing metrics (XP, Click Rate, Compromise Rate, and Report Rate) available to users in the same way that admins see them so that both can track performance and progress.
