This would save us a ton of time and headaches. Currently they forward them to our help desk but this causes us to have to separate processes for reporting phishing as well as reviewing phishing emails. We were using the built in Microsoft Report Phishing add-in but it quit working with Huntress for some reason so we migrated to Huntress's add-in which is easier for us on the backend other than this feature being missing.
