We did recently receive the following feedback from one of our customers:
Customer Feedback 1:
"One thing I noted, and you might have to check for similar errors with other modules – the training noted that if staff members felt they had lost their mobile phone and it had possibly been compromised, they should contact their IT department to have the device remotely locked.
This is obviously not going to work as our IT Department don’t currently have the ability to do this – it’s not on our immediate agenda to sort this yet either.
Are you able to address this in some way? Obviously, we don’t want our staff being given a procedure that they can’t follow… not sure how you will be able to sort this."
Feature request:
I reached out to Huntress support and was advised that the only workaround is to preview the episode in advance, then unenroll from the learning plan to skip that month’s assignment and re-enroll afterwards. Since we’re already able to preview upcoming assignments, it would be really helpful to have a button that allows us to skip to the next assignment within the same month, without forfeiting that month’s assignment. This would be useful in cases where the content isn’t relevant for a particular customer.
