When a user encounters an incident that has related SAT courses in the Recommendations tab of the incident report, it would be excellent if the user impacted was automatically enrolled into the course instead of prompting the logged in technician to choose Org vs User enrollment.

A small tweak in process, but a large time saver for frontline engineers.

If not do-able via the platform, perhaps extending APIs to allow for the auto-enrollment would be a potential solution.
