Add the ability to automatically schedule SAT learner exports per client on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, with a configurable cadence). For each client/organization, admins should be able to configure a scheduled export that:

– Generates a full learner CSV from the Learners page for that client at the scheduled time.

– Delivers the CSV automatically (for example, via secure download link or email to specified recipients, or stores it in a designated location within the portal or an integration).

– Clearly timestamps each export so partners can easily compare rosters across months.
