Certificate Upload Step / Admin Approval of Certificate

We require our users to complete trainings that are hosted by the DoD, and the DoD has iFraming blocked for them. These trainings generate certificates at course completion that we have our users upload to Sharepoint right now.
Ideally, we would have Huntress SAT be our source of truth for ALL training completions and training completion certificates.
It would be so helpful if we could:
- Create custom episodes where step one provides a hyperlink to go take the course
- step 2 has the user upload the course completion certificate
- The course is marked as "awaiting certificate approval", letting the user know they've completed everything on their end, and now a member of the Security team (or maybe at some point we will have Claude + API do this) needs to view and approve the certificate for their course to be fully marked as COMPLETE.
-It would be fine if the product let us connect a storage location of our choosing: S3, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc. vs Huntress having to manage all the file storage in SaaS storage.
-The crucial feature we need is an option in custom content settings to have CERTAIN courses "wait for admin approval" before being FULLY marked "DONE". i.e can't have it say they're "done" just because they scrolled passed the link and click "yes" on a question or something, we want the huntress SaaS to make it clear to the user that it will be FULLY done once approved.
-we could pull this off by simply including a link as a "question" in the custom episode for users to submit the file to one of our storage locations via a form or something, but this results in certificates and course completion data being in separate locations.
