Being able to modify the mail that users receive. The machine translation into Dutch is sometimes wrong and this is annoying for users.
Being able to modify pieces of text in the mail, it contains unnecessary stories that only cause noise.
Being able to change the customer name variably at the bottom of the mail. Now it seems like our customer has chosen Huntress, but then we act as IT administrator.

I completely agree, the verbiage should be allowed to be configured to match our needs when being sent out to companies/clients enrolled in the Training program.
