TL;DR - Courses should be due, and communicated as such, 1 month from start. They should be able to be completed post due date.

I've spoken with support a few times on this and still, for the life of me, I cannot understand how the expect a business to use this. You cannot have a MONTHLY training without a clear DUE date. Then send out emails indicating its due the following month - but then users that exceed THAT date can't complete it - which defeats the purpose of having the training.
It's frustrating and mind boggling. We cannot use this product if the communication to end users and managers is so confusing (they're not getting reminders until 3 weeks after the monthly due date! - because it's set to 7 - but that's until the ability to complete it).
We will be moving away from this product if it can't be cleared up.
