I would like to see an feature to automatically escalate the reminders to the employees manager based on the google workspace manager structure so we dont need to do this manually when people ignore the reminders of educations or recovery trainings.

For those upvoting: Are you using M365 with the manager field?

If not, can you comment on the best way to pull in managers without creating a ton of toil?

Dima Kumets [Product Manager - Huntress] Varies on the customer, however it would also be nice to be able to set the escalate source within Huntress to someone other than the manager, for example a HR rep, internal SAT champion or IT Coordinator.
