Exclude Specific Groups from Managed Learning Plan

Currently, the monthly Managed Learning will enroll all active learners in the company. Only custom assignments can be set up to exclude certain learner groups. It would be nice to have exclusion settings for the Managed Learning plan to prevent the training from going out to certain groups.

I also have a client that needs this. Because it's not a feature, I have to add a calendar event to setup their training every month because only 4 of their 16 users are doing the monthly training. The other 12 do a different training for their industry.
