We have determined that the placement, grouping, and overflow behavior of the Huntress SAT button are entirely managed by the Outlook interface. We currently lack the ability to:

Force a specific side-by-side ordering with the Microsoft Report Message tool.

Create duplicate/secondary buttons in other ribbon groups.

Create an additional option in the Report a Phish arrow key to use the Report Junk of Microsoft.

Additionally, the "Report Junk" label appearing when no email is selected appears to be a caching/UI reuse issue within Outlook's ribbon engine rather than a functional bug in the SAT add-in code. We will treat these as platform-level limitations.
