Currently, I am unable to send content reminders to specific learners due to the managed lock on assignments created at the partner level. This lock prevents managing assignments at the individual organization level, treating organizations as learners instead. It would be beneficial to have the ability to unlock managed content, allowing for content reminders to be sent to individual learners, enhancing the flexibility and effectiveness of training management.
