Partners who are moving to Huntress SAT from another platform may not want to enroll all existing users in new learner essentials, but will want all new hires going forward to be enrolled. Today, you have to go account by account to exclude current learners to set this up. It would be great if we could configure assignments at the tenant level so that all clients/accounts can inherit these settings. While "New Learner Essentials" is the primary use case, this functionality should be available for all assignments.

Example: Going forward all new members of the finance department must take PCI training as soon as they are added as a learner.
