Option to push missing content reminders per individual user vs company wide/account wide

(Let me know if I am incorrect and this is already an option :D) Currently I can only push out missing content reminders to everyone in the company/account wide instead of per user. Sometimes I would like to only remind one user vs spamming everyone. It would be nice to have the option to push reminders for individual users (users who were compromised in the past for instance) Thank you :D

It would be very nice to have a button somewhere in the learner page when you highlight the user or in the assignment page to send training reminders to specific users. I know we are able to send reminders via the assignment page, but it looks like it goes out to ALL users who have not started the assignment this is great but sometimes users accidently delete the email from their inbox, and we only need to send a reminder to that one specific user. this would be ideal instead of having to send out another round of mass emails to all users who have not started the training assignment.
