In general, we will receive 5-10 emails per week from clients "Is this real?" 95% of the time the email referenced is from the phishing simulator. In the current UI, it takes several drill downs to figure out the simulation of the month. There should be a top-level dashboard listing all clients, number of simulations sent this month, and the description of the simulation. While you are at it, add # of users, completed training, etc. This way at a glance we can see the who/what/how for all of our clients.

We agree with the need to have an overview. Without this it becomes arduous to gather these facts.

Darrin Piotrowski- I like this idea. What is your preferred method of communication? We have an API but would an email to your PSA be best? I'm open to ideas.

Dima Kumets [Product Manager - Huntress] It should be the first thing we see in the dashboard. This month's phishing campaign is "Chase Fraud Alert" with a screenshot. Otherwise, I guess the PSA - although this would get lost and have the same effect. We would have to look through all of our RMM tickets to find it.
