I would recommend adding a gamified company-wide training leaderboard to Huntress SAT.

The idea is simple: show which department completes security awareness training first, with a live leaderboard ranked by completion percentage and completion speed. This would let companies create friendly internal competition between departments such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, and Sales.

The leaderboard could show:

Department Completion % Users Completed Avg. Completion Time Rank

Finance 100% 12/12 2 days 1

HR 95% 19/20 3 days 2

Sales 88% 44/50 5 days 3

This would make training feel less like a compliance task and more like a team challenge. It would also help managers drive completion without constant reminders from IT or security.
