I am setting up the SAT for my clients, I am amazed how unintuitive it is to save templates, add filters to campaigns to filter out the AUS or UK or anything that wouldn't match my use case.
I should be able to one click import all my clients from Huntress, instead I had to do them one by one.
I should be able to make a template campaign, save it, and add it to my other clients.
There needs to be way more bulk options, as an MSP with a lot of clients, this quickly becomes a time sink where this was meant to save us time.
If I setup a client to the gills, I shouldn't have to redo similar sections for the next client.
I should be able to quickly bring all my clients, setup a campaign. Done.
Are there automatic campaigns running? Some things just don't seem clear.
