It would be nice to add a feature where we are able to add in contacts on a per site level to be notified via phone call of incidents the same way we are able to add contacts at the MSP level internally.
We have some co-managed clients that have their own internal IT staff that would like to receive these calls the same way we do to be able to respond alongside us as incidents take place.
