Closing a PSA ticket resolves an incident

Would love to see the ability to close a PSA ticket, and in turn, that resolves the incident.

We work out of our PSA and not always in the Huntress portal and would like to be able to close the ticket in the PSA and have it close the incident in the Huntress portal. This will ensure incidents are not left open in the portal and make sure we are not missing an incident.

This is needed. Most of our engineers do not work out of Huntress.

How do you then deal with the actions on the Huntress ticket? (I had this same thought this morning)
