Create a Ticket in PSA for Investigations

Would it be possible to have Huntress create a ticket for all investigations, this way it documents the action and time inside a PSA (SyncroMSP in my case)?

I think this is a great idea, would help us document and quantify the value of the solution to our clients.

For me it would be ConnectWise Manage.

+1 for Syncro - obviously email to ticket is a workaround. But some kind of tighter integration would be nice, hard to rely on email.
