Love the critical incident notification for administrators. Would like to see this pushed down to the customer organization level, with ability to notify customer directly. We do have some more technical folks who can start IR quickly.

This is absolutely needed. As others have said, the lack of this feature hinders our ability to sell this to co-managed clients.

This is critical. Some clients are provided tools and prefer to manage and triage by themselves and will escalate to the MSP or provider. I vote to give an OPTION to notify the Admin/Tech contacts. (checkbox would suffice) .This could be a deal breaker. When an incident is brewing, notifications to many are are so much better. IMHO

Yea or just notifications only would be great. You can setup monthly reporting on orglevel.
But having the ability to notify internal it on incidents would be cool yes
