Looking back at historical incidents there is no title field in the incident list. Which makes it hard to identify the different types of incidents and making it difficult to find a specific incident.
For Example I was looking for a previous incident for a detected mailbox rule and I couldnt remember which organization it was for. I knew it was likely a M365 Detection service but there are many of those and there wasnt any other fields to better identify what the incident was about. I ended up searching my email for the Incident notification email that contained the key words Inbox rule.
Perhaps you could generate an incident title from the SOC report or from the incident email notification.
Also it would be good to have a next/previous button when viewing a report so we dont have to keep tracking back and fourth to the incident queue to see the next incident in the list. This should be added to any other list view items.
