Managed SIEM

In order to audit network connections to and from a device. Can the windows firewall logs be parsed and ingested into the SIEM platform?

We are looking to be able to customize what port the SIEM syslog ingest service listens on. Our NMS service from our RMM provider also listens on 514, so the Huntress service will not work on the same VM. We are inquiring with both vendors to have this port be changeable.
