I need to export a list of unresponsive devices, but I require the serial number associated with each device, not just the hostname, as hostnames can change on our side. This feature would greatly streamline the process, as currently, I have to manually check each one, which is time-consuming.

If IP Address was a searchable field on the agents menu customers could easily correlate IP addresses seen in External Recon to correlate the IP address with a specific host.

In Managed Antivirus, option to filter out computers where Defender not enabled due to 3rd party AV so we can focus on computers using Defender.

Dates are sorted by their text display rather than a proper date.
