it's a bit of a pain to have to log in to huntress to see who these notifications are referring to, especially when i see the notification through my phone or via my ticketing system it would be helpful to have the user and tenant listed in the subject line or at least the body of the email so i can jump right into their m365 tenant and verify is the sign in is a problem

Add the ability to add multiple countries when creating location rules.

The desire is to basically add identities we to manage partners think Global Admin accounts in different accounts. Partner has techs in multiple countries. They want to create a group allow a country for that group, then put in their global admin accounts.

Ability to create global rulesets including western european countries, scandinavia and so on.

We would like the ability to sync UA location rules in Huntress with named locations in Entra to keep down the noise from escalations.

Having a stale accounts dashboard panel showing enabled accounts and guest accounts that have not been logged in for 60+ days would be useful.

Unwanted Access sends the alert emails in another style than the normal incidents. The customer tenant name is not included in the subject. This is mandatory for filtering the mails to the proper customer queues.

Currently the Unwanted Access Escalation Emails will only send out if there is no PSA detected. If there is a PSA detected then only the PSA will receive the ticket and no email will be sent out. The partner would like to have the functionality to do both at the same time as this interrupts their response process.

We have many requests from customers for Organisation admins to have the ability to create Unwanted/Authorised access rules. This is a vital improvement for us.
